The stable has a veneered sub-frame of 6mm dense fibreboard with an oak veneered roof on exposed solid oak rafters and purlins and has a partitioned ox-stall.
It comes fully assembled and measures 18 by 12 by 12 inches high, (45 x 30 x 30 cm).
It has a light with a 3.5v bulb and comes with a mains transformer, 240v-3.5v.
A 110v-3.5v can be supplied for North America. It is very loosely based on Rembrandt Nativity scene in the National Gallery, London.
Mary is 4 inches high. She is clothed in moulded natural cotton.
Joseph is 5 inches high and has a raw silk cloak. He has a lantern which lights using a 3v or 3.5v supply - either using a transformer which we supply or a 3LR12 battery. The batteries have a very short life.
There is an oak manger.
The ox and donkey are made of polished hardwoods.
The star comes with a wire and base and is free-standing.
